Prices

No contract is created until we have accepted your order. If a particular product is out of stock we will not process your order or payment and will inform you by email. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current applicable rates.

Where reduced prices are shown, the higher prices quoted are those originally charged in our store in Keswick, Cumbria.

Delivery & Timescales

You will be charged for delivery as listed on this site. For standard delivery, our aim is to deliver goods within 7 working days of order confirmation for mainland UK . Wherever possible, goods will be dispatched the following working day when Express delivery has been selected.

Returns policy.

Please try our shoes on a carpeted surface. Please do not walk outside or on hard surfaces. We cannot accept worn, scuffed or damaged items back. All returns must be made within 10 days of initial purchase. (To return items we recommend using Special delivery or recorded delivery available at the Post office, we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels). Provided the goods are returned in their original condition with all packaging and accessories you will receive a full refund (excluding the delivery charge). THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER.

Back Orders

All products are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed by email and may be offered an alternative style/colour or later delivery date.
