How to Order & Returns
Our on-line catalogue is an extension of our retail store in Keswick, Cumbria and contains only a small proportion of the many lines we have available for sale in store. Most styles and some sizes are only available in limited quantity and we are therefore unable to guarantee availability of all items and sizes shown in this on-line catalogue.
Purchases on-line are covered by a 10 day return policy. Provided the shoes have not been worn and are returned in their original packaging, we will fully refund the cost of your purchase (less postage and packing charges) as soon as the goods are returned to us.
Standard delivery is free for all orders over £25. For smaller vaues, delivery is £3.99 plus £1.50 for each additional pair. Depending on weight, postage is by either Royal Mail 2nd Class (signed for) or Parcelforce. Goods ordered by Express delivery will be dispatched on the next working day following the day of order, and will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class (signed for). The charge for express delivery is £3.99 for one pair of shoes, plus £1.50 for each additional pair.
Please note that we are only able to despatch goods to the address the card used for payment is registered to.
To order from this catalogue, click the "Add to Basket" button next to any product, remembering to also select the size of shoe required. If you have purchased from us previously and require a repeat order for a style of shoes not in our on-line catalogue, please e-mail us at shop@peabodys.co.uk with the 4 or 5 letter stock code you will find on the shoe box, plus a short description of the shoe and size required. We will reply to you with availability, the price, and an order from for your purchase.
Orders and requests can also be placed by phone (017687) 72740 between 10am and 5pm Monday - Saturday, and 1pm - 5pm on Sundays. Normally we will be able to tell you immediately if a particular size is in stock and arrange for despatch the following working day.
